Mandatory Policies

Renter Requirements

To ensure a seamless handover at our South Florida location, please verify that you meet all the criteria below before your arrival.

Age Limits

You must be at least 21 years old to rent any vehicle in our fleet.

  • Standard Rentals: 21+ years of age.
  • Underage Fee: Drivers aged 21-24 incur a mandatory $20.00 daily surcharge.

Valid Identification

We require a physical, unexpired driver's license. The name on the license must exactly match the name on the payment card.

  • No Digital IDs: Photos, photocopies, or mobile app IDs are strictly prohibited.
  • International Drivers: Must present their physical passport alongside their home-country license.

CRITICAL: Learner's permits or temporary paper licenses are not accepted under any circumstances.

Payment & Debit Card Rules

We accept all major Credit Cards. If you choose to use a Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard), additional verification is required.

  • Travelers: Debit card users must present a verified round-trip flight itinerary from FLL or MIA airport.
  • Local Residents: Debit card users must provide a current utility bill matching the address on their ID.

Security Deposit

A fully refundable $300.00 authorization hold is required at pickup.

  • Must be placed on a physical card.
  • Prepaid cards (Chime, CashApp) are not accepted.

Insurance Coverage

To drive our vehicles, you must be fully covered. You have two options at the counter:

  • Option 1 - Personal Insurance: Provide the "Declaration Page" of your active auto insurance policy proving that your coverage transfers to rental vehicles.
  • Option 2 - Purchase CDW: If you lack transferable coverage (or are an international renter), you must purchase our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at $24.99/day.
