The daily rate includes vehicle usage, 24/7 customer support, and a standard mileage allowance of 150 miles per day.
Yes. Reservations exceeding 28 days are eligible for corporate rates. Please contact our Hollywood office for a quote.
Yes, once you receive your confirmation email, the rate for that specific reservation is locked.
Prepayment is available through our website to streamline the vehicle pickup process.
We guarantee your booking. If a vehicle is sidelined for maintenance, we provide an automatic upgrade to a higher category.
Renter Requirements
All primary renters and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
Yes. Drivers aged 21-24 incur a $20.00 daily surcharge to comply with fleet insurance requirements.
Yes. We require a valid, physical, unexpired driver's license. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted.
No. Current Florida regulations require physical verification of the license's security features.
No. Only full, unrestricted licenses are eligible for vehicle rentals.
Yes. International clients must present their physical passport along with their valid home-country license.
An IDP is required only if your original license is not in the Roman alphabet (e.g., Arabic, Cyrillic, Greek).
The rental agreement will be terminated. Licenses must be valid for the entire duration of the contract.
Payments & Deposits
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Yes, major bank debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted with verified travel documents.
Local residents using debit cards must provide a utility bill with a matching address. Travelers must show a return flight.
Yes, for non-local renters using debit cards, a return flight itinerary from FLL or MIA is required.
The deposit secures potential incidentals such as tolls, fuel shortages, or administrative fees.
No. Security deposits require a physical card for a standard authorization hold.
We release the hold immediately upon vehicle inspection. Processing time depends on your bank.
Standard banking protocols for releasing authorization holds typically take 3 to 10 business days.
No. The primary renter must be the owner of the card used for the rental and deposit.
Mileage & Geography
Standard rentals include 150 miles per day, averaged over the total length of your trip.
Additional mileage is billed at $0.45 per mile upon the return of the vehicle.
Yes, unlimited mileage packages are available as a daily add-on during the reservation process.
Yes, our vehicles can travel anywhere within Florida. Please factor in the distance for your mileage limit.
Strictly Prohibited. Crossing state lines is a breach of contract and voids all insurance protections.
A $1,000.00 state-line violation fee is automatically charged via GPS tracking detection.
Yes. All vehicles are equipped with GPS for safety, fleet recovery, and geographic boundary monitoring.
No. Off-roading or driving on unpaved surfaces is a violation of the rental terms.
Insurance & Protection
You must provide proof of active full-coverage insurance or purchase our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
CDW relieves the renter of financial responsibility for damage or theft of the rental vehicle.
Standard CDW excludes tires and glass. We recommend adding our Roadside Plus package for this coverage.
Ensure safety first, call 911 for a police report, and then notify our 24/7 support line.
Yes. A formal police report is mandatory for any claim to be processed by insurance or CDW.
No. Rental insurance policies do not cover personal property left inside the vehicle.
Tolls & Citations
Tolls are processed post-rental and billed to your card on file, typically 2 weeks after return.
A $3.95 daily service fee applies for each day a toll is triggered, unless the Unlimited package is chosen.
The fine amount plus a $45.00 administrative fee per citation processed.
Yes, but you must shield our device to avoid double billing. We are not responsible for duplicate charges.
Fleet Rules & Care
An automatic $250.00 detailing penalty applies for any smoke odor or ash detected.
Only with our Pet-Friendly add-on. Otherwise, a $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.
Deep cleaning fees start at $150.00 for vehicles returned with excessive interior dirt or sand.
